Simply great

I bought Tier 7 because after a free trial (and comparison with several other chatbots) I considered tiny talk to be the most practical, best, and feature-rich on the market.
I am extremely satisfied with the UI and the overall operation.

However, there are a few limitations I am currently trying to deal with:
1. Unlimited bots with Tier 7 is great. But how are you supposed to manage all support centers with just one login? I also don’t see any option to buy extra seats. I don’t agree with the statement that, for example, offering 5 extra seats would quintuple the support volume for tiny talk. Because I would set up the chatbot and the seats for my customer. So they would turn to me for any support. At best, they barely know anything about tiny talk.
2. Speaking of that: Without a custom login domain and a unique logo in the dashboard, tiny talk basically cannot be resold. Every customer would see the tiny talk price list directly. So unlimited chatbots are actually pointless, since who alone has infinite use cases just for themselves? So full white labeling wouldn’t even be necessary. Just login via the chat domain and a different logo.

Please clarify these points for me.

If these can be resolved, I would of course be willing to adjust my review.

Thanks a lot for the detailed review, you’re raising fair points, especially for Tier 7 users managing multiple clients.

In the meantime, we’ve introduced Workspaces + Member support, so you can separate customers cleanly and invite team members (with roles/permissions).

✅ Tier 7 now includes 1 member seat, and you can purchase additional seats as an add-on if needed.
This feature is currently in beta while we collect feedback and keep improving the experience, but the core functionality is already in place and ready to use.

Regarding white-labeling / dashboard branding: I completely understand why this matters for agencies and resellers. While we don’t currently offer full brand takeover, we’re actively listening to feedback and improving the reseller experience within our long-term product direction.
