Tier 7 Lifetime Showing Past Due – No Notification, Access Limited

I’m very disappointed with what happened to my account.

Suddenly, my chatbot stopped working. When I checked my dashboard, I saw this message:
“Action Required – You have reached your monthly message limit. Please upgrade or wait for the next reset cycle.”

This was very confusing because I purchased the AppSumo Tier 7 Lifetime deal. When I checked the Billing & Plans section, my subscription status showed “Past_Due”, which should not happen for a Lifetime plan.

There was no prior notification, no reminder, and no explanation before my access was limited. For Lifetime customers, this lack of communication is very concerning.

Because of this experience, I’m giving 2 tacos for now.

That said, I am willing to update my review if the team resolves the issue, restores my Tier 7 Lifetime benefits properly, and clarifies what caused this problem.

I hope the team improves transparency and communication with Lifetime buyers moving forward.
