Q: when are you going to add the ability to customize or add a photo to a form?

This is just basic customization that keeps me from using tiny email. I need to be able to use this, but I don't sell handbags, etc. I need to be able to customize the look of the forms rather than use a boring text only form. thank you.

Q: Double-Optin HOW?

I apologize for being persistent, but I don't feel like my concern is being taken seriously.

If double-Optin is not implemented, anyone can register another person for a newsletter *without their consent*. As the sender of the newsletter, I may inadvertently send spam without realizing it.

You are right to make sure your understanding of tinyEmail is clear. And thank you for sharing the article as well. From a GDPR perspective it is not just about a double opt-in form it is about a clear line of explicit consent (meaning they really meant to sign up) vs implied consent (meaning someone is assuming they meant to sign up). And GDPR wants to see explicit consent.
