Tal_TNXQ: It's a bit clunky
Hi, the whole process is clunky and convoluted, for example - adding GSC, doesn't allow us to choose an actual account within - so what's the use? Secondly adding a sitemap and building a map against it, it's not taken into account 90% of what topics we have already covered - surely the topical map should compare against the sitemaps to know what's already covered?
Am I missing something?

Jun 23, 2026A: Hi Tal, appreciate the specific feedback. Both are fair, and both are on the fix list:
1) Right now, if your Google account has several verified properties, we auto-pick one instead of letting you choose. A property picker is in progress. In the meantime you can switch the connected property under Account - Integrations.
2) You're right that it was sampling only part of your sitemap and leaning on AI judgment, so it under-counted what you'd already published. We're reworking it to do a full, deterministic comparison against your sitemap so existing coverage is excluded properly.
You're not missing anything, these were real gaps, and the fixes are in progress. If you share the site you tested with, I'll make sure your case is covered when they ship.
