Q: Question about the Search Listening tool and SEO restrictions

We are reaching out to you today regarding a number of important points that have come up during our use of the system, and I would be very happy to receive clarification on these issues.
First, we are having difficulty understanding why the option to use the Search Listening tool is not available, especially in light of the significant benefits it can provide us in understanding the needs of our market and customers, and of course the benefits of your system.
Second, limiting the lifetime plans and reducing SEO capabilities (limited access to information beyond the question) make the system less practical and effective for our work.
We greatly value the platform and its potential, so it is important for us to understand the rationale behind these changes.

I'm honestly confused. What are the benefits of this deal? I've had this for almost 4 years now. Came to test it today and found out that every result requires some kind of subscription to explore further. I tried the same with a free account, and I got same results with the same requirement to subscribe for further details. What is then the difference between the free account and this AppSumo deal?
We also asked the support team a question 7 days ago and there is no response! Really disappointing!
Q: SEO Data
I find this tool nearly useless without the SEO data. Is there an AppSumo level that unlocks the SEO data addon, or is that only available through a monthly plan?
SEO data has always been offered as an addon on AppSumo since day 1 and can only be purchased via the in-app billing page on monthly/yearly subscription.
Additionaly, if you are a SEO focused power user then we would recommend not to purchase the SEO add-on. Instead, export the queries from Topic Mojo and grab the SV and KD from a different SEO platform that you are subscribed so you can save your recurring expenses. :)
We suggest SEO data addon to only light users who don't own another SEO SaaS subscription or don't want to juggle between tools so they can get the job done in one place and save time. :)
I signed up for the free plan and I don't see the Brazilian Portuguese language available, although it is listed in the options and it is not selectable. Is this a bug or is it still not available?
Free plan only offers 5 countries and English language support. To access all countries and languages, you need to have at least 1 code stacked in your account.
Q: How many credits in each plan?
for some reason, the number of topic model queries isn't there for all plans, how many do we get? "{{}} topic model queries per month"
