This lifetime deal lasted one year. And that’s being generous; I’m not even counting the downtimes. Then we suddenly stopped getting the regular product update e-mails in June last year. And now look at this beauty they’ve dropped into my inbox!

Not only needed they 6 months to write an e-mail, they’ve also - what a surprise - created an alternative to trackingdesk in the meantime! I wonder where my money went...

I have purchased Tracking desk through appsumo. the link to sign in to my account is no where to find. I have written one down, It is not working. And I went to the website to see where I can sign in...Nothing... can you guys help please get my account to work?

It does not work anymore. The biggest disappointment of all appsumo deals I bought.

The platform itself isn't accessible anymore. So in a way, this deal was a turn-off for me. It's now that I needed to use this platform but except for the homepage, I don't think anything else is working.

The platform is down since weeks, no response, no support, no updates.

This happened at a crucial time when we were trying to launch a new paid campaign.

Just imagine, what if it happens when you are actually running a large paid traffic, you will end up losing thousands of $$$

Happy to change the review & rating if I ever hear back from the company/owner.
