Q: I'm concerned about the privacy of my subscription data.
I know on a collective level the data could be very beneficial to the developers and/or 3rd parties. Knowledge about what someone opens his wallet to is what everybody wants to know. We provide precisely that here.
I want to know what is their stand on the data that we provide?
I was reading through all the comments and reviews and saw many people were concerned about you adding a Track my subs subscription in the app. I also saw your answer about how when you removed it, people were adding it back incorrectly, or editing it incorrectly so you decided to keep it added to all accounts.
Here is an idea: What if you had a toggle button on/off in the account/settings area, so your users could toggle this on or off. If they do not want to include this in their list, they could have the TMS subscription toggled off; if they want it, they can toggle it on. You could keep it as not being editable by the user. It seems this would solve both users' concerns and yours as well.
And a request: Integromat is a cheaper, more robust solution that connects your app to other apps like Zapier does. Many Sumo-lings, including myself, prefer Integromat to Zapier, and it is a popular alternative to Zapier. Would you consider integrating with Integromat? Thanks you so much for the offer and stay safe!

Q: So it's a Subscription to manage subscriptions?
Seems like this should be a onetime deal, it's not like it's particularly hard to deliver this type of service.

Q: Can your subs data be exported, ie CSV, for excel as a backup?

May 15, 2024A: Yes no problem. The Import/Export feature is located in your account settings and will export as a CSV.
