Q: Agency account means client accounts right?
Hi guys,
just to be sure as I got confused about your "agency accounts". That means accounts for clients under my own agency right? I already have tier 5 and I see 20 licenses in my account that I can use for clients.
At first, agency accounts sounded like accounts for other agencies..?

Yes, you're correct - the wording is wrong but we can't change it, unfortunately. Tiers 3 and above provide a single Agency License which include a number of (agency) accounts - these represent the accounts you can sell to your clients.
