Q: Another question/observation.
If we currently have an original Tier 2 account and we upgrade to an Agency Tier (3, 4, or 5) we actually lose our current account (i.e. The agency account is only a management dashboard.) So we have to migrate/assign our current account to one of the new Agency subaccounts. So rather than 5, 10, or 20 Tier 2 equivalent accounts, we actually get 4, 9, or 19 accounts to use for clients or our other businesses/brands.
Is that correct?

May 15, 2024A: Hi there,
The upgrade process is not functioning as described. When you upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3, you will be charged the price difference between Tier 2 and Tier 3. Subsequently, you will receive a separate email with instructions to register for the Agency dashboard. After registration, you will have the option to input the ID of your existing license (Tier 2), and you will receive additional licenses. The total number of licenses for Tier 3 will be 5 (Tier 4 will include 10 Tier 2 accounts, and Tier 5 will include 20 Tier 2 accounts). In other words, your existing Tier 2 accounts will be added to your Tier 3 licenses; there won't be a migration of accounts.
Regards.
