How can I set availability to different employees or availability to slots, I mean different times to different employees?.. Is possible to do that?.

Hi, I have a few questions regarding setup and functionality: My client offers a 2-month in-person program and a 6-week online program and a recurring coaching program. 1. Is there a way to display durations as 8 weeks and 6 weeks (programs) within the booking settings to reduce confusion? (not hours/days) 2. Also, since programs start on specific date/length, how can we show only that start date as a selection instead of open availability on entire calendar? Only want 5/10/26, then next program start 6/15/26, etc. Can I hide duration? I have it in copy. 3. Can clients connect their own email smtp per client (e.g., Acumbamail, SendFox)? 4. For SMS usage, does the agency need to purchase credits first and bill the client when they want more, or can clients purchase SMS directly thru you and they pay for it with their account method?

My UK clinic has ten doctors. I want to enable two options: Option 1. Patient does not have a specific preference for a particular doctor. They fill in a booking form (Ask what brings them in, such as panic, relationship conflict, postpartum, loss; whether this is their first time in therapy; and any preferences like online vs in-person). Option A (within option 1): All doctors get to see the request, and one of them picks it up from the board as "their patient" and contacts them to book an appointment. Option B (within option 1): Clinic owner reviews it manually, contacts the relevant doc and passes on the patient info to the doc. Option 2: Patient have a specific preference for a particular doctor. They still fill in a booking form, and book a 15 mins consultation with them to see if they are good fit.
