Just two quick questions - Is it possible to create a gift card section for small local businesses with this program? For example, I have a client that sales gift cards for her customers. I would like to setup a way her customers can book an appointment and also purchase a gift card right after. Is this possible with this program? Another question, can I embed a "Thank You" video right after they book an appointment?

May 15, 2024A: Currently, Gift Cards aren't a feature in Trafft. However, your clients can set up discount coupons as a loyalty perk for their customers. While they're not quite the same, they still add a nice touch to customer appreciation.
As for embedding videos at the end of the booking process, it's not an option just yet. It's on our radar for future updates! In the meantime, you can set up a "Redirect URL after successful booking" and create a page where the video will be waiting to greet your customers.

As Aleksandar mentioned, while there isn't a direct loyalty feature, you can utilize Coupons to offer discounts to your customers. For instance, you could set it up so that for every 5 bookings, they get the 6th one for free.
