a booking (in this case a workshop involving multiple employees as facilitators that all need to be available, including the room (with own calendar, also needs to be available)). I saw there was a feature with one employee and multiple clients (group bookings) but I couldn't find any many-to-many bookings involving availability of several employees. Is this on the roadmap? And if so, would this feature be available to those who bought this deal / AppSumo lifetime users?

At the moment, unfortunately, multiple employees per service are not yet supported. But you are not the first person interested, so it is definitely on our radar - please feel free to submit/vote for this feature in our public roadmap: https://features.trafft.com/
