Q: Hi Suppose a company has many locations, and each location has multiple sales staff.

Can multiple sales staff in the office use it? Can customers select which sales staff member they would like to schedule an appointment with and in which city?

Is it also possible for each sales staff member to book their appointments manually, and for the system to send alerts to customers for the appointments and reminders before the meeting day and time?

With Trafft, you have the flexibility to create multiple locations to cater to your needs. Each employee can be assigned to a default location, but they also have the option to be assigned to multiple locations simultaneously. Additionally, employees can have different locations for different periods within a single day or on different days of the week. They can even configure Special Days for specific dates or date ranges if needed.

If you choose to enable it, customers will have the ability to select their preferred employee. However, you also have the option to hide the employee section if it's not relevant to your setup.

Furthermore, Trafft comes equipped with automated email functionalities, including confirmation emails, appointment reminders, and follow-ups, to streamline your booking process.
