Sumo.Ling23693Q: Hi there, 1) I am looking forward to an 'Agency plan' for Trafft as we manage booking pages for our clients.
Would not prefer to have 5 different accounts for 5 clients for example.
2) Can Trafft support credit-based booking? i.e. Client will purchase a monthly recurring credit of i.e. 100 credits and is valid for the monthly (one-month) cycle period (10 credit per booking) and with an option of XX or YY% credits can be carried forward to next month.
3) Where is the server located for Trafft?
4) Saw that events and Entertainment is coming soon? How soon? As we manage a few virtual events and see Trafft as a potential to host ticketed virtual events! A demo page will be helpful as the current booking "template" does not suit the event ticketing scenario.
5) Will Trafft be having a "Client Portal" for the clients who registered an account and booked an appointment in our Trafft account? So they can login and view/modify their booking if neccessary.
6) If not, how can a client modify their booking slot?
We have been enjoying Amelia a lot and hope Trafft delivers on par or better experience than Amellia!

1. Based on Appsumo and the number of requests we will definitely consider and thinking how to implement this
2. At the moment no, since we only have Stripe and PayPal payment options.
3. Our servers are located in Germany.
4. I can not tell precisely when the Events will be released, since we received a lot of feature suggestions and there will be some priority changes, but for the Events they are planned, and we hope that Events will be live by the end of the year.
One demo is on its way :)
5. If you mean by Customer panel, then that feature is already live. Customers can log in to their account and make changes to the appointments or book new ones.

Hope we can integrate with Airmeet/Zoom/Google Meet via Webhooks after the booking and payment is done..
Oh, and before I forget about email or Whatsapp reminders - To have integration with SendinBlue OR built-in functionality to have custom reminder schedule, i.e. 1 hour, 1 day, 5 days to send a custom template message for all the audience before the event starts.
