You have the flexibility to set both minimum and maximum customer thresholds per service. Until the minimum requirement is met, appointments remain pending. Once the attendee count surpasses the minimum threshold, the status automatically changes to "Approved".

While we currently don't offer a waitlist feature, it's on our radar for future development. However, as it's still in the conceptual phase, we don't have an estimated timeline for its implementation yet.

Implementing deadlines is on our roadmap for future enhancements. However, as it hasn't been a heavily requested feature, it's not currently among our top priorities.
