Q: I purchased Amelia a while back but have not been able to use it because there is no MS Teams integration.

Trafft seems to solve this for me. However, I am in need of having the ability to have unique multiple booking pages for different clients. Is that possible with Trafft?

A: Hello there!

We have just what you're looking for with our Agency plans! These plans include the option to manage multiple accounts with separate booking pages, making things super convenient.

And yes, we also support MS Teams integrations! Just keep in mind that you'll need a Microsoft 365 or educational account for this feature.

If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected]. We're here to help!

Thanks for the quick response!!! I am not sure we are talking about the same thing. I am not an agency but I have multiple clients with different coaching and office hours need. I just want one platform but want to have customized booking page.

I want to have customized booking pages. Appointlet, Oncehub have this ability. It is a nice feature as the customer feels it is individulaized.

Hello again.

Tiers 1 and 2 are single-account licenses. This means that only one business can use the license. May that be a barbershop or a tanning salon, it's one business. If you have multiple clients, that would mean that you need multiple accounts and that's what the Agency-level Tiers (3, 4, and 5) are for.

Each account would have its own admin dashboard and booking website. There's only one booking website per account.

I see the question here is a feature to have one account for multiple clients, while @Aleksandar_TMS is talking about having multiple accounts for multiple clients. I believe many people might have a scenario to manage all their clients individually/personalized, but under one roof/one pane of glass, than juggling between several accounts and practically difficult to track or manage.
