Q: Is there a way to change the fields in the customer section.
For example, I would like to indicate customer type (Private or Business), customer address, city and apartment size. How do I achieve this?

Do you mean in the customer profile section?
If that is the case, at the moment there is no option to add custom fields, but we will defiantly consider adding these fields in the future.
