I am not sure what you meant by this exactly, but we will advise.
1. If you mean the payments for the bookings via Trafft - Each client can setup their Payment account in which they would receive the bookings payments - if you allow them to have the 'Online & Deposit Payments' feature.
2. In terms of the features - you, as the Agency owner, are a SuperAdmin and you have full control over which features you will allow each client to have.
In your Agency dashboard - you will be able to enable/or disable each feature for each client, such as the ability to receive online payments for bookings, etc.

3. In regards to how you will charge each client within your Agency for your customized booking solution, that will be entirely up to you.
