Hi, lets say I have 5 brands - each brand has whatsapp, and also gmail, how many brands tier 1 and 2 can have?
or i need to have the tier that has 5 agencies?
1 agency can have how many brands?
can it do whatsapp notification? 1 agencies can link how many whatsapp?

Tiers 1 and 2 are single-company licenses, meaning one Tier can be used for one Trafft account. Tier 3 and up are Agency-leven tiers and each includes a certain number of Account Accounts (each agency account is a "Tier 2" license meaning everything is unlocked).
If you have 5 brands, you would most likely need Tier 3, which includes 5 agency accounts (one for each brand). Each account acts as an individual company where you can configure different company name, different logo, different employees, notifications - everything is separate from other 4 accounts.
So, you would need to configure SMTP per account, WhatsApp integration per account, and so on.
Hi Aleksander, if tier 1 can add how many locations? and tier 1, I still can choose which 10 to unlock, i can unlock google calendar, whatsapp integration, email, and up to 10 feature right? and the whatsapp notication is send base on the location booked right, tier 1 , is it each location 1 calendar? if i have 5 locations, i can have 5 google calendar linked?
If you enable the "Multiple Locations" feature, you can define as many locations as you want. You get to choose which 10 features/integrations you'll enable. Google Calendars are linked to employees, not locations, so if you have different employees per location, it should be covered. WhatsApp notifications can have the location info included, but they can't depend on a location.
