Q: Two questions: 1.

Can the person being booked confirm?
2. Can the person booking pick from a couple of options and the first person to reply/confirm gets the appointment?

A: Hi there.

1. They can't confirm, per-se, meaning the status of the appointment can't change based on a link they can click to confirm their attendance. However, you can configure the default status to be "Pending" and then configure the "Appointment Pending" email notification that asks them to confirm their attendance, so when you see their response, you can change the status to "Approved".

2. This would be a similar approach to #1, but with a difference that you would need to enable "Group Booking" and configure the maximum capacity of a service to more than 1. However, if you configure it this way, multiple people will be able to book, so you would need to follow-up with people who responded late and let them know that the appointment is full. Trafft isn't the best option handling these types of situations, unfortunately.
