I spent two days messing around with three tools last week to manage single/once off transaction customers for my hobby photography business. Then I remembered I bought the agency deal with Trafft. I am one of those sumolings who buys deals and can forget what I have. Just configured Trafft into a booking/sales landing page, i can deal with queries, generates invoices and also functions as a Client Portal. For my business it is a perfect CRM with Bells and Whistles perfect for the smaller business.

Easy to use, impressive, and fabulous customer service

Hands down the best purchase I made for my small business. I calculated it’s saving me over $1000 a year compared yo the system I was formerly using. I had my new Trafft site up and fully running in under 4 hours as opposed to my former software that after using for almost a year I still found too clunky. It’s highly intuitive and customizable to my liking and style. My only request would be to create an area (or a plug in if some kind) where I could keep a running chart of notes and images to share with my clients and to refer back to on their next appointment.

We tried multiple platforms for our company (TidyCal, Office365, SavvyCal & Calendry off the top of my head). Pro's and con's to them all but none of them come close to what we've been able to do with Trafft.

A few things that set it apart from the others are multiple integrations, multiple calendars per person, limiters, the app, better web integration than the others and customization to the max. Great deal, I almost feel bad that I paid so little and I wish I had more uses. I know this has passed, but if it ever pops up again, don't sleep on it! And in the mean time, the monthly compared to all the others is still worth it.

I highly recommend this amazing tool for easily achieving rapid wins and seamless implementation. Nothing compares to its effectiveness.
