I am a solopreneur and the app seemed a little quirky (I'm sure it was more me than the app) when it came to combining my personal GMail account and my business Google Workspace account.

Being the SuperAdmin, I had the Google Workspace account showing in the Features & Integrations and I tried to add in the personal GMail account there as well as an alternate calendar to check for competing appointments. It didn't see the personal appointments and after much digging I found the separate "Employee" integrations.

At first, all my appointments showed up doubled (still not sure what happened there) but finally Trafft to not only recognize other appointments and block those times but also to not double show booked appointments (either business or personal).

It is quite the comprehensive application and, to my mind, more powerful than Calendly from what I can see so far. Still tweaking it from currently using my CRM calendars but I think I have it licked now! :-)
