Businesses that fail to listen to their customers will not survive! Trafft will set an example for this.

The development of this platform is upto to the wills and fancies of the trafft team and the customer requests are not considered most of the time. There is not much development happening recently and that is a real "warning sign of what is about to come". They can for sure improve the look and feel of the UI to modern look and simplify the UX. The Razorpay integration requested by many users here will help the Trafft to reach a market of more than a billion people. In today's world of vibe coding, if they are still giving reasons for why they can't do this, and not fixing the bugs mentioned by other users here then the future of Trafft is not difficult to predict.

Hello salpro,

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

We understand the frustration, but we don’t decide development based on “wills and fancies.” Features and improvements are prioritized based on demand, technical feasibility, and overall product direction. Not every request can be implemented quickly, but customer feedback is absolutely part of the process.

Development is also not stagnant. Work is ongoing on both improvements and fixes, even if not every change is visible in short cycles or publicly highlighted.

On integrations like Razorpay, we’ve had multiple requests, and we evaluate payment providers based on regional demand, number of users impacted, technical complexity, and compliance requirements. It’s not about ignoring requests, but making sure any integration is stable and maintainable long term.

Regarding bugs and stability concerns, when specific issues are reported with clear steps, they are investigated and addressed. In many cases, what looks like a core issue is tied to configuration or specific setups, so details matter a lot for proper resolution.

UI and UX improvements are also part of ongoing product work. The platform is being refined continuously, not left as-is.

We hear the concerns about direction and reliability. From our side, the product is actively maintained, supported, and evolving, and feedback like this is part of what shapes future priorities.
