It's a good product but it's not polished and it's not involved in a few main problems they have and haven't fixed in the last year.
I bought this product more than a year ago and have had a few conversations with the support team - no solving of the issues, no development, no fixes. It is just what it is. All this is for group bookings:
CONS:
> The system is not optimized to ignore double bookings - one person can book a few times with no restrictions using any of the info (email, phone...anything) So if you have fixed seats in the class you can not control that one person can register for all the seats and block others to do this! The problem is not solved yet and it will not be!
> There is no appropriate table or even list form with fields, that you can track who and when is booked for some class. I need to use Zappier or Pabbly (it not happens with Albato and make.com - no support for them). So I need Airtable or Retable and a connection tool in order to see struturized view of the bookings. - it is really not usable for sure when you have group bookings. Messed with and with no interface near to the acceptable.
It is usable but with many many post processes operations if you need to have management over the information.
> If you have one class per day it needs to be chosen not only the day but the hour (even it is the only available option). After that you are receiving a lot of calls that system can not book because it is not intuitive in that case at all!
Pros:
> Modern interface - but not optimized as you can see above
> Easy implementation - fast deploy in your site
> Good interface design and customizations
I hope they will make it better some day.
