I was a long-time customer of both Amelia (their other WP product) and Trafft from their original campaign.
Despite having an existing Teir 2 account, I chose to buy a further Teir 1 account in this campaign as stated in the campaign "Previous AppSumo customers who purchased Trafft can upgrade their license to increase their feature limits." It was my intention to simply buy the new T1 and add it to my existing T2 account.
So, I bought my original T2 and a further T1 account ... and now they are refusing to process this upgrade as promised.
Very disappointing and narrow-minded customer service. Seems to be the way with more and more platforms on here.
