I really enjoy this tool. It has evolved since I bought it. I love the AI feature to analyze your transcript (customer insights, customer pains, for example). I also use the new feature to transcribe the WhatsApp audio that I receive. Very helpful for me.

A good product, but has its drawbacks and no support
The good thing that the product is constantly being updated and new functionalities are being added. The tool has changes significantly since I bought it.
However, I once uploaded a long video and run out of credit mid-way. I wasn't able to see the transcription at all, it simply asked for money. So, in fact, my credits have been wasted - I don't have even a part of the video transcribed unless I pay extra. Either I pay or wait couple of weeks for my credits to renew.
Support has not responded to my query about this. I don't think this is fair. The tool should know that I don't have enough credits and should ask me if I want to proceed beforehand.

Refused to honor redemption codes
I am very disappointed in this company. I had a major personal situation in which I was not able to redeem this in the window provided. There were about 4 other companies that I wasn't able to redeem as well. When I came back, this was the only one who had no mercy, despite my requests. I get it. At the end of the day, it was my fault. My four codes were sacrificed and I'm out the funds. But honestly, I would expect (perhaps hope) a company that is launching here on AppSumo, to have a spirit of compassion. I missed the "deadline" by a couple of days. But alas, there was fair notice given, even if I didn't get it.

Quite good and easy to use
Tried it for a podcast and then for google meet recording, Must say I am fairly pleased. The process was super easy, just gave a link and it did the rest.
The transcription quality is good, not excellent, but not bad either. A few misspellings here and there and names not picked up well, but besides that fairly good.
However, the conversions of the transcripts into blog posts, newsletters , etc was superb.
I hope they keep working on improving this application as it has a lot of potential

Cheap Attitude of founder : Don’t spam my mails to sell Creasquare .
They are now selling Creasquare LTD by using the mailing list they got from AppSumo purchases . This product is not in their website and they are selling . When I request them not to spam , they have the audacity to tell me to either unsubscribe or delete the account . First off , I don’t subscribe to receive these emails . If I unsubscribe, I won’t get any product updates even if they do one in future ( LOL) . Hey Praveen , stop this nuisance . AppSumo please take notice because persona music also does the same . These people are so cheap
