This is so bad. Soooo bad. I signed up only to discover it doesn't work on phones.
Seriously!
Then when I get to my computer the log in won't work.
I try and click reset pw and I get no link.
Then I contact their support. They say their third party is fixing pw access.
Ok fine, I wait another week. I contact them again the reset link isn't working.
The send me a new link which I try after work 14 hours later.

I get this message: Your request to create an account has expired: please contact your system administrator.

Seriously!!!!!
I'm a patient person, but this is ridiculous at this point.

Transferchain - just fix the issue. I've tried to log on with mozilla as well as brave. Don't tell me now your app doesn't work on computers now, only phones.
So lame - I'm speechless!

There system is super easy to use and is intuitive. They have the user interface simplified. I highly recommend using this software , you won't regret.

Does what it says! I'm excited to keep using this. Couple things:

Someone who received my files in an email saw this message on their end. I believe a word needs changed to fix the sentence.
"* Mind the fact that you will have to request the password from to owner to view and download the files." I believe it should say "...from the owner..."
It shows correctly worded on my email, but on their receiving end, they get the strange wording. If that can be corrected, that would be great.

When making a transfer or requesting a file, it would be nice to have some pre-written templates that we can use in the message, so we don't have to re-write the same message every time we want to send or request a file. Having the ability to write our message and save it as a template to use in messages would be great.

It worked the first day and my VA and I used it. It was great. Then it stopped working. We kept getting an error.

This is not about storage LTD. This is about getting a BLOCKCHAIN LTD! There's big difference in the two.

Unlikely Crypto that's still in the making, Blockhain is a proven technology, even JP Morgan (world's biggest bank) is embracing it as their future tech (Just Google "ONYX by JP MORGAN").

Having an LTD deal in something as futuristic as this is just amazing in my opinion.

The company already won award and won money - $1.2mil funding. What else to ask?

Don't look for polish. This is not about looks. This is about future technology. The UX is great and more than good. I love the transferchain send protection feature. Everything works exactly as promised.
