Q: Editor Not Loading and Long Processing Time – Need Support
Hi,
I just purchased the 2-tier Lifetime Deal. I uploaded my first 1-minute video today (21 July at 12:23 CET) using Safari, but the editor does not load.
I then tried using Chrome, but it has been decoding my 1-minute file for over 4 minutes already. This makes it unusable at the moment.
Can you please help resolve this issue?

jk1970This is happening to me as well! I tried different browsers and it did not help. Editor does not load. I wonder if anyone else is having this issue??
