Q: Record virtually?

Is there functionality to record people in two different locations? ie over a video call.

Hi, The programme did not work for me as I uploaded a video of 90 min, which was taken off my 120 min, but it is not visible under "Transcribed files" - there it says "No content". Moreover there is no way to contact customer service - supposedly there should be a "Help & Feedback" option in my account, but this is not the case, only the "My library" option is there. Also when I wanted to use the AI option for removing filler words (before my video had disappeared), it did not work. Please get back to me and solve this issue or refund the purchase.
1. Can I record into Trebble? On Descript I can directly use it to record into a file and I find this quite practical. 2. What about multi-user capabilities? I want to be able to handle my files, but I have an assistant who is doing the bulk of the editing. Does Trebble allow that?
Are captions coming to trebble anytime?
There hasn't been any change in the roadmap since 2023, and comments here haven't been answered for a while. Likewise, nothing has happened on the social media channels for a long time.
