Q: Retaining the original audio-signal?
Apart from the cutting, is it possible to get your audio signal back unchanged, i.e., without normalization or other audio transformations?

This option lets you download your project in a format that can be reopened in tools like Reaper, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other compatible editors. The exported timeline contains only the cut information. Your raw audio files remain exactly as they are, with no transformations applied.
That way, you can make further adjustments or apply your own processing later, while keeping the original sound intact.
Great, thank you very much. Then I'll give Trebble a try.
Unfortunately it doesn't work the way you described. Normalization takes place during rendering. So I would definitely not get an unmodified signal back.Timeline export does not support AAF. I couldn't even export the WAV file. Some processes took place, but then the export stopped without any message. In this state, Trebble is of no help to me.
