Q: Roadmap, Support, and Sustainability – Key Questions Before Committing
A realistic question: Since AI features are costly, do you think you can sustain this tool long-term? And if yes, why? Also, after the AS-LTD ends, will support still be available? Many deals fail when the founder is the only one handling support. Do you have a support team? Are you planning to sell the tool or keep and grow it to ensure quality? Do you already have many subscribers? Can the tool handle 2-hour videos or large files over 2GB? for the future: can you allow unused minutes roll over to the next month? Do you have a long-term developer team beyond the LTD phase? Lastly, is there an updated roadmap? Many features are mentioned in comments/reviews, but the roadmap still shows only 2022/2023 items. A clear, current roadmap would give us more confidence as customers.

Yes, Trebble is actively developed and built for the long run. While AI features do carry a cost, we're preparing to transition off AppSumo soon to focus on growing our subscription business. This shift will help make the platform more sustainable, allow us to roll out more advanced AI features, and continue growing the team.

Absolutely — support will continue beyond the LTD phase. While I (the founder) currently stay hands-on with support, we do have help in place and will continue expanding support as our user base grows. We care about providing real, timely help — not just automated replies.
🧭 Roadmap and vision
You’re right that the public roadmap hasn’t been updated recently. We’re working on publishing a more current version. Behind the scenes, we’ve added several new features (smart cleanup tools, audio enhancement, video clip creation) and have more in beta. Our long-term focus is to help people go from raw recordings to ready-to-share content — without all the complexity.
