do i need a higher tier to pair with Robomotion. If i get tier 4 of Robomotion which is 10 production robots and 5 application robots, do i need tier 4 of Triplo to run them all or can I stay on tier 3 of Triplo to run them all ?

A: Hey Blueyetii! Tier 3 unlocks you PRO features which includes Automations. It's more than enought. No need to upgrade for this.
Any chance you would allow resizing of the Triplo app window? I find the current dimension a bit too wide. Secondly, I am finding that 50% of the time //context// or //selection// does nothing from common apps (on Windows), especially when you are in input mode, such as in Outlook desktop app. Is this a common issue? Will this improve?

Hi Felipe, the lowest width resize option seems to be "Normal", which is about 960px in width. To me it's a bit too wide. Can we have a smaller width option, such as 650px?
May I ask what the problem is? And does that mean, as a Mac owner/user myself, I cannot use it right now? Since the offer is only valid for a couple more hours it makes it hard to pull the trigger and buy it. But I guess I do it anyway since we have a 60 days money back guarantee and I think/hope you will fix it within 60 days.
