Triplo AI Questions

I don’t know whether anything is still being developed for Triplo or if it’s already discontinued, because support hasn’t answered of my simple questions - just two, actually. I’ve been waiting since the end of January for a reply, and nothing comes.

I can see that this aligns with my experiences regarding the questions and answers here, since there have been no responses on Appsumo since the end of January.

Are we going to see Voice to text dictation in upcoming updates?

I see that AI agents are available in beta. I have Tier 3 but don't see a shades icon. Is that available in a beta version?

I know how to translate drafts, for example if I write an email and want to translate to another language or fill in a form and translate and so on. I also know how it works with copy and paste. But I can't figure out how I can translate text that is read-only with a hotkey. Copy-pasting is a no-go, there are tools out there that can translate stuff directly, like Pismo.
btw. no answer from support since 31 January!!!

Please help. Why does my appsumo dashboad say my purchase is out date? I have it download and have used it occasionally since Nov 22, 2025
