YES, I am impressed by the quality of the program which is not in my mother tongue French but which counts on drawing a lot from my websites and you should know that being part of the seniors who is 64 years old I continue to do my training in the digital field precisely to learn in an educational way to people of my generation and it is one of the programs that I would recommend in affiliation of course.

While this tool is great, I was amazed to find out that if you don't log in to the site, they stop the tracking until you do, without even notifying you.

I just found out by mistake that my tracking script stopped working and I lost the data.

It doesn't make sense that a paid tool, and not a free version, decides to stop the site tracking.

I have the highest tier, and I use it just for one site, and I understand now how unreliable this tool is if they just decide to stop the account tracking (without even sending a notification email).

Very disappointed; too bad I can't ask for a refund.

My biggest complaint is I find it's a little unclear what exactly I need to do in order to make sure I'm getting the correct heat maps and funnels etc that I am wanting to get but they do have some training that's not immediately present or apparent but seems to be probably sufficient for most of my needs. Their support is not the most responsive but seems to get back to me within about 24 hours. However the software itself is legitimately good. I put it on a couple of client sites just to get a sense of where people were going on those sites and I can already tell that there's at least a few actionable I'll be able to implement.

I full stacked at the final hour, and if they ever bring this back I would probably recommend getting it if you do client work especially or you have a website yourself that you want to be able to understand your customer journey on. I have even had a chance to do the full funnel system yet, and I'm hoping that there is good training on how to get that set up because I will be running paid ads soon and I'd like to see how those are converting. I've used similar softwares in the past like mouse flow that can cost easily thousands of dollars a year to operate. This was kind of a no brainer especially because I can offer it to my clients as well. Installing the code was incredibly simple

I am a novice who is practicing to be better. This is a stellar tool, and I have plugged it into a couple of sites so far, and I had no idea of the traffic I was generating.

It is very sweet to be able to buy a LTD of a service such as this.

I like that there are workarounds regarding the new tracking directive and compliance with GDPR.
