A: Hi Binish
1. Trustmetrics will import all and keep all your Google Business reviews synchronized inside the trustmetrics platform. Any review captured on your Google business profile will be available in Trustmetrics
2. Not sure how Fesh works. But very simply, if they allow you to embed code like WooCommerce and Shopify, then it should work just fine. Maybe you can ask their support team...
Question for you: Are automations based on webhooks? Or how does one automate collection of reviews?

A: Hi Thanks for your question on automations. Currently we offer our API for people to automate their custom workflows. We are currently working to officially integrate into Zapier.
For example, If someone wants to rate us a one-star, can we funnel them to contact us before posting the review?

A: Hi Thank you for your question.
"Review Gating" is against Google's policies, and we are an official Google Business Profile API partner. So we can't offer intermediate gating to avoid negative or poor reviews.
Q: Hi, I am interested in your product.
I use GMB and TrustPilot for reviews. Do you have any plans in your roadmap to integrate TrustPilot reviews so that we may also be able to embed them?

FB reviews are in our roadmap but not a priority at the moment. It may take up to 3 months for us to go live with it.
Our next feature release is on the cards [circa 2 weeks], and the major feature rollout is related to multi-location management and improved UX.
After this release, we will roll out NPS ratings [0 to 10 private survey/rating] and then Facebook reviews/recommendations.
