Q: Will you be increasing support capacity? It's barely there at moment...
I bought the tier three level. And while I really like the platform, I have found quite a few bugs. And I've tried to chat with support, But I haven't heard anything back for several days. I'm a little worried about any new features being added if the support is not very timely in Answering questions about what actually is on the platform currently.
Do you have plans to increase your support capacity? So that the times go from 3 to 5 days, to a day or so?

what about the chat ? it is not chatting with uploaded videos, also not chatting with pdf file. pdf shows a summary but the chat says there is no document at all, the chat is disconnected from the pdf information. will this be fixed ?

Let's give you the idea of what credit is & approx amount for each feature use.
For sources, let's say if you start generating insights for an hour-long video, then it could go from as low as 15 credits (DeepSeek v3.1) to as high as 400 credits (GPT-5 Pro).
Then, if you chat with any sources, it's going to cost approx 2 or 3 credits depending on the size of the input and output.
