The app is exactly what I was looking for my business and that of my wife. Since I'm from Germany, I'm very happy founding a booking app here that is hosted in Europe, due to GDPR. I work as a UX consultant and I have to say the user interface was very easy to use from the start and setting up my booking calendar was very easy. Few things were not self-explanatory, but after a short demo that one of the founders (Thomas) did with me, everything was clear. I think the planned online guides and tutorials will manage that too, as it was really easy to understand.

A very cool feature for me is to limit the number of bookable sessions. My wife and I are very flexible in our work. On the one hand, we want to offer our customers a large time window, but on the other hand, we also have to limit the total number of customer meetings per day in order to also manage the other work. It's super easy with TuCalendi.

What I also find very good is the ability to adapt the calendar to your own website style/branding. The possibilities are already very good. I would like to emphasize that Thomas was very open to suggestions in this regard and has provided new setting options that have helped me to design the booking interface according to my needs (such as column design with an extra booking button).

I would like to highlight Thomas' support in integrating TuCalendi into the WebWave Website Builder (another AppSumo deal). Apparently, Webwave can't handle the code snippet (the snippet works well with my other website builders and prototyping tools). Thomas quickly provided me with an adapted code snippet with which it works.

What my wife and I are looking forward to in terms of functions is the PayPal integration and the cancellation function in the customer confirmation email. This increases the UX for our customers and makes the process even easier for us (payment and appointment management).

So far I haven't had any real recommendation for my customers in the area of ​​booking systems, as the free packages of the other providers available on the market are too limited, but their smallest paid packages were too oversized and too expensive for e.g. solopreneurs, consultants and coaches where a booking system is very useful, but not always essential to keep the business going. Now I can recommend something and have already made TuCalendi's regular subscription (the Plus package for €3.50) attractive to some of my customers. Because for me, price and functionality match the requirements of my customers very well.
