Q: What if a user wants to back up all their data using Typed?
I've already sent a support email but haven't received a response yet. You anounced the app is shutting down in December this year as you've been informed by in-app messages.So how can users keep all their data safe?
Initially, the app announced this news, but after reconsidering, they decided to keep it, so you don't have to worry about migrating your data - instead, they said it might delay future updates.
It’s possible they have shifted their focus to new initiatives and are no longer available to develop the existing project.
The app initially planned to shut down but will keep its current features, so you maybe don't need to worry about data migration. However, this might delay future updates as they may focus on new projects. Anyway I intend to use the app less now. My data is backed up to Google Drive, but I'm manually backing up important images and videos since they're not included.
Q: Is this product basically no longer active?
I can't seem to find any means to reach out to support and there hasn't been any update on the roadmap since 2022.

access to all my Google Drive files. Since the files are currently stored in Typed, I understand that this access to my GDrive files is not necessary, right? Do I need to allow access to some feature?
