Zapier, Active Peaces, Pabbly Connect, n8n
These tools act like the coordinators for your digital tools, helping different apps you use (like email, calendars, and spreadsheets) talk to each other and share information automatically.
Pros: Great for to create communication between apps
Cons: Can't be used for UI web or desktop automation.

Robomotion, UI Path, Automation Anywhere,
These are robust RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools designed to automate repetitive tasks across any application, including desktop and web environments.
Pros: Great for to automate complex business processes
Cons: They requires technical skills. You will need probably need a dedicated RPA developer

Taskmagic, Bardeen, RTILLA
These are "web only" version automation tools
Pros: Great for web automations including web scraping. Usually they have prebuild scripts for specific purpose to plug and play.
Cons: If the plug and play doesn't work, you will need technical skills to solve your problems.

Selenium, Playwright, Cypres
These are "web only" opensource automation tools. Most of the tools above are using them on their background.
Pros: Opensource and free tools with a huge community. If you are automation expert, this is your 99% choice
Cons: Requires pretty good technical skills

Winnium, Winappdriver
These are "desktop only" opensource automation tools. Most of the tools above are using them on their background.
Pros: Opensource and free tools with a huge community. If you are automation expert, this is your 99% choice
Cons: Requires pretty good technical skills

Appium
This is "mobile only" (excluding it's selenium capabilities) opensource automation tools. Most of the mobile automation tools are using them on their background.
Pros: Opensource and free tools with a huge community. If you are automation expert, this is your 99% choice
Cons: Requires pretty good technical skills

UFT, IBM Rational, Katalon Studio
Combination of web + desktop + mobile automations used mainly for test automation.
Pros: Eases the use of complex structure with the automation tools.
Cons: Paid and you anyway need experts to use them.

And Finally: U-xer
