Cool product, Great support
I am absolutely new to the whole automation game. I need to get a few hundred questions answered with chatgpt and bought u-xer to give it a shot.
Because I am new to all this, it isn't easy to make it all happen in the first attempt, I was aware of that. The system itself and the (help)videos are pretty clear, but I noticed some bugs and issues which where the reason it didn't work right away.
Although it was a bummer that it didn't work, I contacted the chat window inside the portal and got a quick reply from Zekeriya. Not only to give an answer to my question/problem, but also to help me set it up and fix every issue I am having. Right now I have a clean base from which I can develop further, which I could never manage without the assistance.
Is the product worth the price? I bought tier1 for my 'simple' needs and thats a bargain if you ask me. But the most important thing about products and new businesses like this, is the service you are getting. Before I buy something on AppSumo or elsewhere, I always look at all the questions first, just to look at how the team handles them. In this case, the support alone is already worth 5 taco's!
