If They Don't Care, Why Should I?

I had high hopes for the U-Xer automation app, believing it would be a fantastic addition to my toolkit and save me valuable time. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing.

From the very beginning, the app never worked as expected. I reached out to support, hoping for a quick resolution, but was left waiting for hours without receiving any clear answers. The lack of consideration from the support team was frustrating, to say the least.

The final straw came when I was informed that the servers were down. That was yesterday, and despite my last enquiry being over 6 hours ago, I have yet to receive any follow-up or resolution.

I'm done waiting. REFUND!

Hi Elwais, support is our priority, and I have personally helped hundreds of people. There are no unresolved tasks in my support tickets, except for those for which I am planning to write complete scenarios for use cases. I am not sure what you are waiting for or how we couldn't help you. Just to let you know, there is no way for me to understand who you are by looking at your AppSumo name. I can't identify you or your problem based on that information alone.

I can accept any type of review about the product being buggy, not working, having no real use case, no help from support and all other types of feedback. However, considering that this week is an official holiday in my country and our team, including the support team, is still working, I have to protect my team's work and the immense effort they have put into this. I MUST DISAGREE with you review!!! WE DO CARE ABOUT THE PRODUCT!!!

Also, our servers were up and running. I am not sure how you got the idea that our "servers" were not working. There was a couple of hours of downtime for the servers responsible only for agent downloads. Our main app was working without any downtime! This mentioned downtime was due to our server vendors' overseas cable being damaged. It was not even during our maintenance time. Additionally, just to let you know, our even main servers will experience downtime occasionally due to the amount of changes we implement in a short period of time. However, the statement "servers were down" is not accurate in your case.
