Q: No support. Are they still operating?

I have bought Tier 4 and yet to use it. I thought it was a great tool to have when needed and as I am using it for the UK as well as Germany, I thought that German language customer would be impressed.
Unfortunately the "white glove" support is non existent and any email sent to the support address bounces back.
Is the company still active? Will we get a refund if they go bust?
Have I just lost my money without any benefit?
