Q: Hello.

I hope all is good. I'm not quite understanding the meaning of "Variables" here. I want to purchase the highest tier plan and it looks like I will have only have 3 variable tokens? So that means for each video, I'm only able to customize or add/change 3 words in the script (for example, hi John and replace that with Hi Rob) and then the second company name? Please help me understanding the meaning of variables. Thank you

A: Hey there!
All is well, thank you.
In Ubique, variables refer to the dynamic elements within your video template that you can personalize. With the highest tier plan, you'll indeed have three variables, which means you can modify up to three specific elements in each video template. These variables can be individual words or even groups of words, allowing you to tailor the video content precisely to your audience. It works exactly like an email template but with video.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

I apologize but I’m still not understanding. Do you mean I can personalize the tokens on the page that includes the video? The landing page? That is the variable? And I’m able to personalize up to 3 tokens?

Hey @Mr_Daniel_Robert,

No that has nothing to do with the landing pages. This refers to the video you want to personalize.
For instance, suppose you record a video template with the message: "Hi John, I've noticed that you are the Head of Sales at Google." If you wish to personalize the First Name, Position, and Company Name, the template will be modified to: "Hi {{FirstName}}, I've noticed that you are the {{Position}} at {{Company Name}}." These modifications constitute three variables.

Thank you for your help. Yes, it makes sense now. One other question, will Ubique be around for a long time from now?
