Q: Please answer the questions below... how can we sustain our legitamate ownership when others test us?
Can we resell these images or even use them on our site (that’s two questions so far) and if so where do we show proof of order and print or how do we legally use these on our websites when we get contacted later by “authorities” or the original owner who ask us to stop and desist, eh?
Hi, I downloaded an image through my account some time back and used it on a website, and I have now been contacted to provide the licence. When I check my download history, I can only see the image ID and the date and time of download. Where can I find the licence please? Thanks
Q: How to prove that I have a license for an image?
I just bought the Appsumo deal and I am wondering how I will be able to prove that I actually have a license for a certain image. I can see that there is a "statements" page but it just returns a 500 error. So if for example CopyTrack is asking me to prove that I have a license for an image I currently could not do so. So there is actually a big risk to use the images.
Hi there. Someone in the comments mentioned that Copytrack was emailing them regularly about stealing photos due to using Unlimphotos. Do you know anything about that? My first question was declined. I hope that you aren't taking this like an accusation. I'm really not doing that. Just trying to understand what is going on and if you know of a connection and if so, do you have a remedy for this? thanks!
