There are several voices I can't access on Tier 2, for example Liam. He seems to be the only voice that speaks in Australian accent (en-AU) and this is not a persona voice, yet I can't access it?

A: In Tier2 you have access to some of the multilingual voices. Tier 3 and 4 have access to more voices.

Many voices are no longer available with my lifetime Appsume Ultra plan. These include Persona voices, Many New Voices, Community Shared voices.
I had access to all these voices a week ago and now I cannot select them as I get the error, "this voice is not available in your current plan".
You emailed me back and said "You can access all voices in Voice Gallery.". Can you please fix this for everyone?

A: Hey Paul, The persona, community shared voices are newer voices we released recently and these are expensive. Offering them under LTD is not viable to the business.
