Voiceover and Dubbing are two different features.
In voiceover, you can generate an audio and then you can add background music to the generated audio. In the AppSumo plan, you can add background audio.
In Dubbing Studio, you upload a file, translate it, and create dubbing. The original video may have background music. In the dubbed video, the background audio will not be added if you are on the AppSumo plan. To add background audio from the original video to your dubbed video, our standard plans offer this.
