I’m currently on the Ultra Tier, but the voice that is most important to me, Andrew2 Express, is still locked and unavailable.

Whenever I try to use it, I receive the following error:

Error Code 512: “Very high data volume... controlled rate limit... upgrade plans receive higher priority limits.”

Since I already have the Ultra Tier, I would expect to have access to the appropriate higher priority limits.

Could you please look into this and fix the issue?

I already have an open ticket with your support team, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any further response.
