Please clarify. Are you referring to changing a school name or courses? For example the reason I could not go full stack when you launched was because you said if I have 50 courses and I delete one, I now can only have up to 49 courses.

Hello! I am referring to schools, not courses. We provide 10 schools in Tier 3, and people can delete one school and add a new one in its place. This is not related to AI costs.
With courses, it works differently: we count deleted courses.
