I currently use Instantly.ai and Hunter for most of my cold outreach - I'm looking to try Nexuscale. I only care about reaching out to local businesses (eg. tree service) with my offer.

I have a few questions:
1. Can I reach out to local businesses? I obviously need accurate local databases.
2. Can it scrape Google Map listings (GMBs) and extract information, including website name, website address, review score, and email?
3. Does it have the warmup feature?
4. If one or more of these features are not available yet, when are you adding them? Like I said, this is my only use case.
