A: Unfortunately, it's not possible in Upbase. This might make the app complicated.

I agree with you Tony. This would make the app cluttered and is not the right focus IMO. It’s essential to be judicial when adding features—and I’m glad that you’re mindful of this—since it’s the reason why so many apps become unusable after a while. Keep the focus on tasks; don’t try to become Airtable or a CRM.
