Hey frallan, you can create a Section and name it Templates and add template spaces which you can later duplicate and move to another section to use!
You could create Moodboard templates using the Whiteboard app we will launch inside liftOS.
Currently the permissions are on a Space level. You can make sure that freelancers do not see any other Space than the one they are intended to see by just assigning them that single space.
